About Me
I didn’t start out as a counsellor. My first callings were to marketing, fashion and music — worlds of creativity, self-expression, and the joy of helping people feel good in their own skin. As a fashion designer and DJ, I poured myself into making beauty and energy tangible — through fabric, through sound, through presence.

But over time, I began to sense something missing. After the clothes were styled and the music faded, many people still left feeling unseen. I realised that beneath the surface of style and celebration, there was often a quiet ache — a longing for real connection, healing, and meaning. No outfit or beat could quite reach that depth.

That realisation changed everything.

I chose to pivot — to study, to train, and to devote myself to the work of listening, presence, and emotional transformation. I became a counsellor because I wanted to hold space for what lies beneath, to meet people where they truly are, not just where they show up.

My journey has taken me across continents and cultures. I’ve lived and worked in Geneva, Switzerland, and volunteered in Ghana — experiences that deepened my understanding of identity, belonging, and resilience. I’ve travelled extensively and immersed myself in many ways of living, loving, grieving, and growing. These experiences shaped how I see people — with nuance, cultural sensitivity, and compassion.

This winding path — from business to beauty to belonging — is what makes me a multi-faceted counsellor. I bring creativity, curiosity, and lived experience to the therapy room, alongside formal psychological training.
Every part of this journey informs how I show up for others: grounded, open, and deeply human.
