Service Description
Life is full of transitions that can bring uncertainty, emotional shifts, and a need to redefine your identity or priorities. Whether expected or unexpected, these changes can feel overwhelming. Counselling offers a supportive space to process, adjust, and grow through the season you’re in. This service can support you through transitions such as: -Entering midlife and navigating identity shifts -Experiencing perimenopause or menopause and the emotional, physical, or relational changes it brings -Adjusting to new parenthood or changes in family structure -Relationship changes (marriage, breakups, divorce) -Career shifts or retirement -Moving to a new city or country
Cancellation Policy
Booking Sessions All counselling sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made through the online scheduling system or by contacting me directly via email. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the slot to another client in need of support. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Late Arrivals: If you are late to your session, we will proceed with the remaining time. Unfortunately, I cannot extend sessions beyond the allocated time due to other client commitments. Emergency Exceptions I understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. Please reach out if this applies — I aim to respond with compassion and flexibility where appropriate.
