Service Description
Family dynamics can be complex, especially during periods of change. This counselling space is designed to support families navigating challenges in communication, connection, and transitions. I work with: -Blended and stepfamilies adjusting to new roles and relationships -Re-integrating families after periods of separation, conflict, or trauma -Parent-child conflict, sibling rivalry, or discipline concerns -Families adjusting to life changes, such as divorce, grief, relocation, or illness -Multi-generational households, navigating roles, responsibilities, and boundaries
Cancellation Policy
Booking Sessions All counselling sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made through the online scheduling system or by contacting me directly via email. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the slot to another client in need of support. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Late Arrivals: If you are late to your session, we will proceed with the remaining time. Unfortunately, I cannot extend sessions beyond the allocated time due to other client commitments. Emergency Exceptions I understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. Please reach out if this applies — I aim to respond with compassion and flexibility where appropriate.
