Every relationship faces challenges — whether you’re feeling disconnected, stuck in recurring patterns, or navigating conflict. Couples counselling offers a safe and neutral space to explore your relationship dynamics and work toward greater understanding and connection. This service can help couples: -Improve communication and conflict resolution -Rebuild trust after ruptures -Deepen emotional intimacy -Navigate parenting or external stressors as a team -Strengthen the foundation of the relationship
Cancellation Policy
Booking Sessions All counselling sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made through the online scheduling system or by contacting me directly via email. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the slot to another client in need of support. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Late Arrivals: If you are late to your session, we will proceed with the remaining time. Unfortunately, I cannot extend sessions beyond the allocated time due to other client commitments. Emergency Exceptions I understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. Please reach out if this applies — I aim to respond with compassion and flexibility where appropriate.
