Service Description
These sessions are a gentle space for expectant or new parents (individually or as a couple) to prepare for - or process - the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that come with a new baby.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Sessions All counselling sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made through the online scheduling system or by contacting me directly via email. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the slot to another client in need of support. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Late Arrivals: If you are late to your session, we will proceed with the remaining time. Unfortunately, I cannot extend sessions beyond the allocated time due to other client commitments. Emergency Exceptions I understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. Please reach out if this applies — I aim to respond with compassion and flexibility where appropriate.
